Coping with change

The video shows the event held at Café Velo in Ringwood. Pete and Vikki are very much part of the community and due to the difficult times we have all had during Covid they decided to put on two evenings discussing how we can manage changes in our life's and the mental health wellbeing. It has been so successful that they are hoping to extend the evenings. Project action was delighted to host last nights events.
