Helping Young People. I am incredibly excited to have been invited to undertake a private End Point Assessment observation for a learner who has recently completed their training programme. Following a review of my qualifications and experience, the organisation has confirmed that I meet the requirements to carry out this important role.
Supporting young people to grow in confidence, develop new skills and expand their knowledge has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Seeing learners progress through their CPD journey and recognise their own achievements is something I never tire of.
I firmly believe that helping people feel valued encourages a love of lifelong learning. Throughout my own career, continuous professional development has enabled me to grow, adapt and embrace new opportunities, and I enjoy inspiring others to do the same.
As I continue to seek opportunities in assessment, education, training and quality assurance, whether in-person or remotely, I look forward to helping more learners achieve success and realise their full potential
